I have never had heartburn (or at least i don't think i have) but right now it hurts to breathe (sometimes i get a tight feeling around my heart) and when i burp i get this nasty 'egg' taste in my mouth.My stomach is fine for the most part but i have no pepto bismol in my house.What can i use to get rid of Heartburn? (if that is what i have..)

i was diagnosed with tonsillitis yesterday,my quick swab test was negative for strep, so i only got prescribed tylenol and moltrin,but today i have been feeling tired and 3 of 5 times i swallow i feeling like throwing up. i also feel like everything i have eaten for the pass two days is stuck in my throat.i normally get 1 or 2 tonsil stones but they pop out before i even know they are there, this time each tonsil has about 4to 5 separate stones and i also saw one on the side of my tongue!. is this normal?help!

I read somewhere that morning sickness can go away bringing on heartburn. Is this true? did it happen to you?for me right around 10 weeks the nausea started going away....i had about 4 days of feeling great then I welcomed heartburn! I think I have a handle on it now though! I'm currently 14 w 5daysThanksHe gave me some OTC medications I can try. Thats why I think i have a handle on it now :D
I really want to go get a latte with a friend that is back in town but I know coffee (both decaf and caffeinated) affects GERD.If I take 2-3 antacids beforehand, will I be okay?will my LES relax? help

Hi..uhm..so I went to the doctors earlier..and she was rubbish and didn't help me..infact she didn't even address the problem, so here it is..Over the last 2/3 months I've been experiencing some troubling bouts with heartburn..it burns so bad and I can feel it in my stomach, whenever I burp it burns, I'm being sick constantly, have severe abdominal cramps and am experiencing diarhea..Whay could be the cause of this?It makes me feel horrible and I just want it to go away :(Thanks,Claire.Just wanted to make clear that the sickness, diahrea, headaches, eyeaches and cramps all come together.It starts from first thing in the morning I feel the burn..and I hit the bathroom maybe not even 30 minutes after I wake up..then the burning gets so much worse, and I am sick throughout the day this goes on. Sickness and BMs are just pure burn..I am tired and sleeping all the time and any antiacid tabs don't work..even the over the counter drugs don't work "/

According to my calendar, I am due to start my period in about two days. I had unprotected sex during and around my ovulation time. However, he pulled out every time. Yes, I know this is not an efficient way of preventing pregnancy. I have been having heartburn for the past few days on and off... but mostly on.. and I have been eating like I normally do so I can really only attribute this to pms or early pregnancy. I NEVER get heartburn- it is very rare for me and when I do experience it, it only lasts for maybe half an hour. I am not experiencing any other symptoms at this time except for mood swings. Also, my life is pretty normal right now- I am not under any stress.Have any of you experienced anything like this?Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
