Resolved Question: Is this heartburn or something worse? I'm 7.3 weeks pregnant?

Since yesterday, I've noticed that a while after I eat, my chest gets tight and hard to breathe. I check my blood pressure and it was 134/86...higher than it normally is, but normal, right? My chest just feels tight and it's kinda hard to breathe...is this what heartburn feels like? I've had gastro problems before, like whenever I'd eat, my stomach would kill me and I'd throw up for hours...it was gastritis. Now, I don't know what this is....is this bad? I'd go to a doctor but I'm STILL waiting on insurance. So, I just want opinions. Thanks!
Resolved Question: Can heartburn do any damage?
Posted by rose 2 days ago (http://answers.yahoo.com)Resolved Question: Heartburn Or Something Serious?
Posted by rose 4 days ago (http://answers.yahoo.com)
Okay a little bit of history if this would help back about 2 years ago I would start waking up in the middle of the night with really bad middle back pain that seem to shoot from side to side, but with a bad case of burning in the chest and a hard time breathing, this never happened to me before so the first time I was take to the ER cause I was scared thinking there was something wrong with my heart, too make along story short, I was in and out of the emergency rooms always told the same thing it was just acid reflex but the pain would stay for days at a time.... by the time I felt better I looked like i have been on drugs from throwing up so much and popping the blood vessels in my eyes and face...... its been about little over a year with it not reoccurring but just this week it has started again one day I have it the next day I feel fine and so forth should I treat this as heart burn since it always seems to go away sooner or later or should I really consider finding a doctor to see if this is a more serious condition?
Resolved Question: How to control heartburn?
Posted by rose 4 days ago (http://answers.yahoo.com)
what is the best medicine to control heartburn everytime i try and eat anything i get that burning sensation i take tums but i'm left with a stomachache..any ideas?
I need some better relief! I wake up with heartburn, I get it after EVERYTHING that I eat, and I just can't stand it anymore. I have taken Zantac 150 but that only lasts a few hours. How? I don't know, I thought it would be the answer to my prayers but apparently it isn't. It doesn't matter what I eat, I can get heartburn from anything. So "cutting down on spicy/acidy" foods won't help. I don't even eat much of that anyway. Tums...temporary relief. Pickle juice? Yeah right. Like a split second relief. Glass of milk? Tried that too. Is there any other medicine I can take that would help me for good? I want to enjoy just one day without it....just one day. If you know of any OTC meds for heartburn (besides Zantac) I can take, please share! Or if there is any fast acting/long lasting home remedy I can also use. And what exactly causes the heartburn? I wanna know that, too. Because I never had it until I hit my 10th week of pregnancy. Ever since then, I've had it everyday. No joke! Are any of you experiencing this too or experience this in past pregnancies? UGH!
